Our mission was simple: bring warmth, nourishment, and dignity to the streets of Rio de Janeiro — specifically to the neighborhoods of Lapa, Glória, and Centro, where many people face life’s harshest realities every day.

While a full video recap will follow soon, we’re already sharing this story to remind ourselves and our community: we are all capable of doing good. Armed with timestamps, U.S. copyright registrations, and moral conviction, Miroslaw Wawak—aka One Man Wolf Pack—has done what no court or platform dared to: dismantle a pillar of online propaganda from the ground up.

A Historic Takedown of State Propaganda by Civilian Copyright Strikes

As of May 5, 2025, the YouTube channel "CCTV International" [TERMINATED] — a global propaganda outlet operated by China’s state media conglomerate — has officially gone offline (↗️ Dead Link)️.

The cause? Not a government order, not a platform policy update, but a relentless civilian copyright enforcement campaign led by a single independent creator.

For the first time, China's information warfare didn't solely rely on social media or state-controlled outlets like CCTV. It was aired on Brazil’s second-largest network, carrying the weight of authority and legitimacy that comes with such a platform, without scrutinizing or questioning the content.

How Did It Happen?

On April 1, 2025, RECORD News aired a segment that included my aerial drone footage of Taipei 101, an iconic symbol of Taiwan’s democracy and resilience. This footage was not authorized or licensed. Furthermore, it was incorporated into a Chinese military propaganda video, depicting Taipei as a target of simulated People’s Liberation Army (PLA) strikes.

Over the past month, two European creators (Filip from “Amazing Planet” and myself, “One Man Wolf Pack”) have faced an unprecedented copyright war—one waged not by individuals or even ordinary companies, but by China’s state broadcaster CCTV. Instead of defending global creators, YouTube enabled the abuse, leaving us exposed to Beijing’s censorship and trampling on the rights of every independent creator in the world.

Twice in a single month, CCTV’s official YouTube channel triggered the “7-day grace period”—the infamous “404 Monkey Countdown”—by racking up at least three active copyright strikes. Under YouTube’s own rules, this triggers a channel lockdown: no new uploads, and seven days until permanent termination unless the matter is resolved.

In a world where headlines move faster than ethics, even the most respected names in journalism can find themselves compromising their integrity. This time, that name is Reuters.

Rather than simply reporting the news, Reuters played a far more dangerous role: they helped deliver it — straight from the media playbook of an authoritarian regime. The video in question wasn’t journalism. It was a slickly produced piece of narrative warfare, crafted by China’s military propaganda arm, pushed through global channels via Reuters' platforms, and picked up by broadcasters across multiple continents.

And what was inside this “newsworthy” package? A direct threat toward Taiwan — wrapped in war drums, drone views, and cinematic pacing. All dressed up and labeled: Breaking News.

Brazil Drone Flight: The Northeast Region of Brazil (Portuguese: Região Nordeste do Brasil) is one of the five official and political regions of the country according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics. Rio de Janeiro Drone Flight: Copacabana is a bairro (neighbourhood) located in the South Zone of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is known for its 4 km (2.5 miles) balneario beach, which is one of the most famous in the world. Copacabana beach, located at the Atlantic shore, stretches from Posto Dois (lifeguard watchtower Two) to Posto Seis (lifeguard watchtower Six). Leme is at Posto Um (lifeguard watchtower One). There are historic forts at both ends of Copacabana beach; Fort Copacabana, built in 1914, is at the south end by Posto Seis and Fort Duque de Caxias, built in 1779, at the north end. One curiosity is that the lifeguard watchtower of Posto Seis never existed. Hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and residential buildings dot the promenade facing Avenida Atlântica. On Sundays and holidays, one side of Avenida Atlântica is closed to cars, giving residents and tourists more space for activities along the beach. The beach at Ipanema became known internationally with the popularity of the bossa nova jazz song, The Girl from Ipanema (Garota de Ipanema), written by Antônio Carlos Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes. The beach at Ipanema is known for its elegant development and its social life. Two mountains called the Dois Irmãos (Two Brothers) rise at the western end of the beach, which is divided into segments delineated by postos, or lifeguard towers. Beer is sold everywhere, along with the traditional cachaça. There are always circles of people playing football, volleyball, and footvolley, a locally invented sport that is a combination of volleyball and football. In the winter the surf can reach three metres (nine feet). The water quality varies from clear light-blue water to a more murky green after heavy rains. Constant swells help keep the water clean, and the often treacherous beach break regularly forms surfable barrels. Just west of this colorful section, towards Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, is another popular stretch of sand known as Posto 10, referring to the #10 lifeguard station. The beach is one of many areas that suffers from the citys poor waste treatment. In its waters, fecal coliform bacteria sometimes spike at 16 times the Brazilian governments satisfactory level. Large amounts of pollutants are still dumped into the sea through the nearby marine outfall pipe, a matter of increasing concern to ecologists. Beachgoers often applaud the sunset in the summer. Rio Grande do Norte Drone Flight: The Pedra da Boca State Park (Portuguese: Parque Estadual da Pedra da Boca) is a state park in the state of Paraíba, Brazil. It contains a group of unusual rocky outcrops surrounded by cerrado vegetation. One of the rocks has a large collection of prehistoric rock paintings, and is also a site of religious services for devotees of Our Lady of Fátima. // The Pedra da Boca State Park is in the municipality of Araruna, Paraíba, in the Curimataú Oriental microregion. It has an area of 157.3 hectares (389 acres) on the border with Rio Grande do Norte. It is 170 kilometres (110 mi) from João Pessoa, the state capital, and 22 kilometres (14 mi) from the town of Araruna. It lies in the foothills between the Serra da Confusão and the Serra de Araruna. The park is in the basin of the Calabouço River, an intermittent tributary of the Curimataú River that forms the border between Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte and is an important source of water for the local population. The Pedra da Boca State Park was created by state governor José Targino Maranhão by decree 20.889 of 7 February 2000. Soon after the park was created the land was expropriated and families living in the park were compensated. // O Parque Estadual da Pedra da Boca, criado pelo Decreto Governamental nº 20.889 de 7 de fevereiro de 2000, está localizado na porção norte do município brasileiro de Araruna, no estado da Paraíba. Com área de 157,25 hectares, o parque está inserido no bioma da caatinga, onde as configurações geológicas e geomorfológicas são ímpares e atrativas aos estudiosos, turistas, visitantes e adeptos dos esportes radicais. O parque possui um conjunto rochoso de composição granítica porfirítica, com vestígios de gnaisses e quartzitos, que apresentam faces arredondadas e extensas caneluras que vão do cume ao chão. Encontra-se encrustado nos contrafortes da serra da Araruna e da serra da Confusão, ambas formações do planalto da Borborema. A denominação «Pedra da Boca» advém da existência de uma formação rochosa de aproximadamente 336 metros de altura, a qual apresenta uma cavidade provocada por séculos de erosão, cuja configuração lembra uma boca gigante prestes a abocanhar algo.
