In 2018, Miroslaw Wawak explored Oman, a country that blends ancient Arabian tradition with modern elegance. He wandered through Muscat’s graceful mosques, visited timeless souks fragrant with frankincense, and ventured into the Wahiba Sands desert where the dunes glowed red under the setting sun. In the mountains of Jebel Akhdar and on the shores of the Indian Ocean, he discovered a softer, slower version of the Middle East. Oman impressed him with its hospitality, its careful preservation of culture, and its stunning natural diversity—from wadis and canyons to castles and coastlines. It was a place that welcomed quietly and left a deep sense of peace.
