In 2018, Miroslaw Wawak visited Palestine, a region filled with profound history, resilient communities, and stories that are often left untold. In Bethlehem, he visited the Church of the Nativity and walked through narrow alleyways alive with life and meaning. In Hebron and Ramallah, he saw the realities of everyday life under tension and witnessed the strength and hope of people determined to preserve their culture and dignity. Palestine offered him deep human encounters, filled with warmth, complexity, and an overwhelming desire for peace. It was one of the most thought-provoking experiences of his Middle Eastern journey.
